With a background spanning the full development cycle, from the first pro forma to permanent loan conversion, he has evaluated more than $450M in LIHTC projects and led competitive applications across LIHTC, Federal Home Loan Banks, CDBG, and local grant programs, securing over $50M in awards for the development of more than 100 affordable units. He knows what reviewers, investors, and lenders look for and builds applications and underwrites deals to withstand scrutiny.
